| At HaraKenkojuku we focus on providing an outlet for people of all ages to broaden their
outlook on physical well being and health. We put a great deal of focus on respect (for
ourselves and others), self control and a disciplined mind and body. We want our students
to become strong so that they are not the victims. However, we emphasize that we don't
start the fight, but we do end the fight. Karate training has the ability to bring out the star
in the shy student and calm down the hyperactive student. Our adult exercise program
focuses on building stamina, flexibility, weight control and muscle toning.
