The doctor will spend approximately 15 minutes reviewing the findings from your examination and the results of your tests before
commencing an adjustment plan specifically designed to correct your problem. If chiropractic care is appropriate, an additional 5-10
minutes is needed for the first adjustment. Financial arrangements will be discussed and/or questions you may have regarding your
insurance benefits will be answered.

First adjustment/treatment: Your first adjustment will be very light and gentle. All patients respond differently but most see improvements
after the very first visit. The doctor will explain what he/she is going to do and there will be no surprises. Ice, heat, traction, and massage
may be used if deemed beneficial for your condition. Stretching, exercise therapy, and rehabilitation may also be recommended.

Subsequent Visits

Care is directed towards correction of your problem using the appropriate treatments in the office and home exercise programs are
initiated.

Re-Examinations

Monitoring of your improvement is performed routinely to ensure that proper progress is being accomplished. As you continue to improve,
the frequency of your care will decrease based on the degree of improvement.

Optimum Health Care (Wellness Care)

Once your problem is corrected, recommendations will be made for occasional checkups to prevent a reoccurrence of problems or
symptoms. At this level of care, patients are symptom-free, sleeping better and able to adapt to physical, emotional and chemical
stressors. Patients come in for a chiropractic adjustment as they simply want to experience a natural increase in energy and vitality!
